Moss Mania 6 by Will Borden

Will Borden has taken several moss photographs and all are fabulous but this is my favorite - it was taken in Oregon - this is probably as close to Oregon as I will ever get. I love leaves and the contrast between the moss and the leaves on this tree is fabulous. Great photography!
Here in Texas, we have a plant that hangs down off the trees … called Spanish Moss - in researching at Wikipedia, it turns out it is not a moss or lichen plant at all. I’ve also seen live mistletoe growing on trees here in Texas too.
