My friend Kent wrote a great plugin for WordPress and I get to be one of his testers … 
… I decided the best thing to do would be to show his gorgeous dog gallery photographs from Imagekind. His dog is a mixed breed … he looks like a lot of fun and he is very athletic since he can get himself up onto a hay bale to view the world.
When I lived in Iowa, I would take my dog out to the country to run around and play free in the countryside where she wouldn’t bother anyone, especially in the winter when most people were snuggled up at home where it was warm instead of out wandering around in the snow and ice. We had a marvelous time! I have lots of great memories of how happy we both were out making snow angels and bouncing through snow drifts together - she is gone now but her memory and the happiness we shared together lives on in my heart and soul. I have pictures somewhere … I need to find those and upload them … perhaps someone else would enjoy seeing them too. I know I really enjoy seeing Kent’s dog out there in the snow enjoying the weather and the snow drifts!

Something Interesting
Raven (a black dog) has found something interesting in the snow covered field at sunset. The orange sky and tree line behind Raven adds color to this winter scene as does the orange rays from the setting sun on the snow. It was a great December day to be out exploring in north central Minnesota. Raven is a mix of German shepherd, Norwegian elkhound, and English setter. She live on a small farm.
