Rose with a Bee by Deborah Carney
While walking the dog and talking to the neighbors, I discovered the bees are already out and about here in the Houston TX area … and in the courtyard of my apt complex, the bushes are flowering and the trees in the middle of the road are flowering and budding galore too … it seems as if it has happened over night … spring is suddenly here with all it’s buzzing little creatures and flower aromas scents of various flavors … those with allergies are probably already miserable but those of us without allergies to flowers and pollen are enjoying the new life and upbeat spirit now released into the world around us. I haven’t seen any roses yet … but I am looking forward to seeing them! They are so lovely growing … I like wild roses the best though … they have a glow that garden roses just do not match [for me - I like wild growing things - unplanned ... un-people managed ... planted where the wind found a home for it].
